Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Despite the rooms being ready, the lingering smell of cigarettes tainted our special occasion. The lack of service, including unhelpful staff and a non-functioning television, added to the disappointment. Accessibility was a significant issue for me as a disabled person due to the steep hill and numerous stairs leading to our room. Additionally, the discrepancy between the property's presentation in pictures and its actual state was disappointing. There also seemed to be a concerning level of drug activity around the hotel.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for my needs, being close to Clackamas Town Center and having easy freeway access. However, the room had a strong cigarette smoke smell and some unsettling incidents with other guests. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance was evident throughout my stay.
